My story
Why I started Solinea
I started Solinea because buying or selling property in Spain should feel clear, personal, and less daunting. Too often, people are passed between different contacts, given unclear advice, and put through a process that doesn’t really fit their plans.
Calpe and the Costa Blanca North are where I spend my days, and every area has its own rhythm. A home near La Fossa, a hillside villa in Maryvilla, and a property close to the old town can all look attractive online, but they suit very different lives.
My role is to give you the local context behind the listing. Views, orientation, parking, privacy, presentation, roads, timing and day-to-day use all matter when you’re making a serious decision.
